CHICKEN ADOBO (RECIPE)
Hi Guys! Baldskiy here. This is my second blog and I hope you will love my second how to cooking tutorial. Today, I will teach you on how to cook "Chicken Adobo" a Filipino Recipe. Are you ready?

The word "adobo" is derived from the Spanish word meaning "sauce" or "marinade" and the key ingredients in any authentic recipe for Filipino chicken adobo are vinegar and soy sauce. The word 'adobo' has been used to refer to this traditional dish since the Philippines was colonised by Spain in the late 1500s.
First, we need to prepare our ingredients:
Ingredients:

1/2 kilo chicken tie and drumsticks, cut into serving pieces

1/4 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp vinegar
-
2 tbsp cooking oil
-
3 cloves garlic, crushed
-
1 medium size onion
-
1 medium size ginger
-
Potato
-
1/2 cup water
-
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Instructions:

Heat the cooking oil in a deep cooking pot.

Saute garlic, ginger and onion.

Add the chicken. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes. (until the color turn light brown)

Add the soy sauce
-
Sprinkle about half a teaspoon of ground black pepper.

Add the potato
-
Pour-in the water (Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.)

Pour-in the vinegar (Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.)

Transfer to a serving bowl.

Serve. Share and enjoy eating!
