First, we need to prepare our ingredients: 1 Medium sized upo ( bottle gourd), peeled and sliced 1/4 pork belly 1 small onion, minced 3 cloves of garlic, minced 1 ginger, chopped 5 tablespoon of bagoong (fish sauce) 1/2 cup water 3 tablespoon cooking oil salt and pepper to taste Now that we already have our ingredients.
